Angela Hildenbrand

Dr. Angela Hildenbrand received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from New York University and her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. After graduation, she completed a small animal rotating internship at Veterinary Emergency Referral Group in Brooklyn, NY. She then spent 3 years working at a small animal general practice in Brooklyn prior to crossing the bridge into Manhattan. Prior to moving to Colorado for vet school she worked at West Village Veterinary Hospital for several years, and is very excited to return to help care for New York City’s pets. Angela’s professional interests include practice management and internal medicine, and she is a member of the New York State Veterinary Medical Society, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and both the New York City and Colorado State Veterinary Medical Reserve Corps if help is needed during state or federal emergency situations. She also recently became certified in veterinary medical acupuncture (cVMA) and is pleased to be able to offer acupuncture as a treatment option for her patients.

Originally from Long Island, Angela uses her free time to catch up with friends and explore the city that she grew up beside but never had the opportunity to truly experience. She also spends time with her cat Elle, a Brooklyn street native with a very ladylike mustache.
