Licensed Veterinary Technicians:

We are looking to hire an Experienced Veterinary Technician. We provide high quality care and medicine, offer great benefits and have a great team that you can have the opportunity to work with.

Veterinary Technicians MUST have:

• Great people skills
• Communicate well, both in person and on the phone (speak clearly and write legibly)
• Good computer skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Compassion for patients and for what you do
• Good work ethic
• Ability to help educate clients

Technical Abilities MUST include the following, but are not limited to:

• Venipuncture
• Catheter Placement
• Intubation
• Administration of Medications PO, SQ, IM, IV
• Accurate Calculations of Medications
• Current Knowledge of Medications
• Ability to Capture Radiograph Views
• Dental Prophylaxis (and dental digital radiographs a plus)
• Monitoring of Anesthesia
• Proper Sterilization Methods

Salary will commensurate based on your experience. You must be able to also provide us with working references and you will be required to work one weekend day.
